[ROADMAP] iCagenda category list module

[ROADMAP] iCagenda category list module was created by Pershin

Hello.

I'd like to suggest new module idea:

It would be great to have module to show list of categories. For example:
- Party (3)
- Birthdays (15)
- Vacations (7)
etc

And options for it:
- Show/Hide empty categories
- Show/Hide number of events for categories
- Number of columns
- Menu ItemId to show on
- Detect subcategories (if inside category then shows subcategories of current category)
