Hello, yes it's possible today by creating a custom theme pack, and adding $STARTDATE variable.
This needs a little skill in php to edit the theme file. Do you have this skill ?

Not today, but it is a feature in the roadmap.
All the structure of iCagenda is currently in recoding, so not possible today to give a deadline for the filters option.
