So I have a situation where we want to offer a particular service (on the site) that's available all the time, but people, when they register, must be able to select the specific hour that they want to book/register for.
The other idea is for a URL field for the event (eg. the event is taking place online at this URL).
Finally, a way to edit the email templates (to put a custom message, for example, or to change the html formatting).

Hi KA,
The email templates can be edited under the component options. Select the tab 'Registration' and scroll down to find the email templates. As for users selecting a certain time-slot, Cyril will have to provide expertise on this question.

Some future enhancements are in the todo list for registration form (and some completed in the 3.4.0-beta tested by Pro users).
The purpose of future enhancements will be to allow individual management of tickets per dates (and so time!) as it is possible to manage it today, but the lack feature today, is to be able to set a number of tickets per date (as it is currently number of tickets for event, so for all dates).
Best Regards,
Cyril

Hi! So sorry I didn't get back to this before. I've been a bit distracted with other things going on. I do have another suggestion, quite simple really. There should be a way to copy events. For example right now I have an event to put in that is taking place at two different times of the same day. All the other information is the same, just the time change, so being able to duplicate the original event and then editing the copy to change the time would be beneficial to me.

Hello,
This is possible since... 2 years!
Open an event, then click on the toolbar button "Save as a Copy"
Event will be dupplicated, as for articles in Joomla.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Cyril
