[SOLVED 3.5.0] Custom fields in Submit an Event frontend

[SOLVED 3.5.0] Custom fields in Submit an Event frontend was created by AlexHH

Dear Cyril,

Thank you for the awesome component! I enjoy applying it to my needs.

If I hide the following fields in iCagenda "Submit an event" options:
Meta Description
Venue for the event
Contact's Email
Contact's Telephone
Event's Website

The Custom fields are not displayed in "Submit an Event" at frontend, although "Custom Fields - Show" is selected in "Submit an event" options.
Once I enable "Show" e.g. for "Contact's Email" or "Event's Website", my custom fields are shown as well (I defined 2 custom fields).

iCagenda: 3.4.1
Joomla! 3.3.6
PHP 5.3.29
MySQLi 5.5.34

Hello,
I just ordered and installed version 3.5.5 on www.lanparty-belgium.be but still can't see the custom fields when submitting an event.
