Hi Cyril,
I'm using a pro key live time and tried to update from v. 3.3.8 to 3.5.5.
Update failed:

Warnung

JInstaller: :Install: Die XML-Installationsdatei konnte nicht gefunden werden.
Nachricht (couldn't find XML-installation file)

Falscher Aktualisierungspakettyp. Die Aktualisierung kann nicht durchgeführt werden.
wrong package typ

No connect by direct update-url( code 403)
What can I do?

I think you mean update to 3.5.3 ;-)

You have a pro version, so please use the ticket pro support for a faster reply ;-)

The reason is that your Pro options for updates are not well set.
Better to open a ticket, so that i will point you where to find when logged-in pro website, the needed key for update of the pro version ;-)
