[ROADMAP] Registration Period was created by Zappu

Maybe I am totally blind, but as far as I can remember it was possible to set up the registration timing for the events before. I mean, you could set up the time when the registration for an event will be closed. Wasn't this there?
If not, well it would be a good idea to set up this field so you have a general closing time as well as the possibility to override this for any event if needed

Hello,

No, this option never existed before, but it is in the roadmap.

For information, the next major release will be 3.6.x (maybe new options will be delivered little by little in this series).
One of the planned option is a limit date option for registration (with many improvements planned to for registration, as well as for custom fields ;-)

)
So, i'm working hard on it, now i'm back from Belgium (i will be away again for one week by the end of May, as i will attend J&Beyond in Prague, the Joomla developers world conference).

So, in the next 3 months, many things to be added and improved! ;-)
