Hello Vlad,

It is not broken for me, as i've redirected it in htaccess to the new url (update this week of the main site joomlic.com form 2.5 to Joomla 3, with a few changes to simplify little by little the access to content)

And when i click on the link you have posted, i'm redirected to the right link : icagenda.joomlic.com/resources/translations
(of course, in the next release, the link will be updated, if i don't forget to edit this button too!)

So... don't know why it does not work for you...
