Hello everyone,

Does anybody have an idea, how you can set the standard image for an event, to an own standard image?

Now I need to upload the image every time on the frontend, but when you are on another computer, I don't have the image, so afterwards I need to log in on the backend to choose it. It would save a lot of time ;)
Thanks!

Hello,

Could you explain this : " Now I need to upload the image every time on the frontend, but when you are on another computer, I don't have the image, so afterwards I need to log in on the backend to choose it. It would save a lot of time ;)"

I don't understand why you have to upload again image if on another computer ?...

Cyril

Hi,

No problem to explain it ;)
If I add on the frontend an event, and only fill in date, location, time => the image is empty. Adding an image on the frontend works only if you upload it from your documents on the computer (so on another computer, I don't have the image I always use - It is always the same image i use)
Here you see the page to add an event on the frontend, and like you see, I need to choose a file from my computer..

And event on my website, when I upload the image, looks like this:

So if I could configure that this is standard, instead of the empty box, it would be great :-)
Is it a little bit clear ;-)

Thanks a lot!

Thanks!

I understand now ;-)

It is in the roadmap to be able to set an image by category.
This way, with an option, it will be possible to use the category image if no image filled for the event ;-)

Not yet a date for this development, but maybe in the 3.6.x series.

Best Regards,
Cyril
