I updated to the last version pro and i have the error. The event list not show and show the message: 1 event(s) can not be shown because no menu link allows the display.

I created a menu with a event list and the modulo not recognizes. In module i configure the link to menu item manually and the problem continue.

Hello,

As you have a pro subscription, and the issue is concerning the Pro module iC Event List, could you open a new ticket here : pro.joomlic.com/en/support/individual-issues ?

Note: it's maybe related to a bug now fixed, and this fix will be included in next maintenance release 3.5.13 (maybe release tomorrow ;-) )

Best Regards,
Cyril

Joomla version 3.6.2
iCagenda version 3.6.3

As of Sept 29, 2016, I have this same issue, the error only, but only with admin login, it does not show up with registered user login and the calendar is not visible to public access.

1 event(s) can not be shown because no menu link allows the display.

Going through the calendar module, all events are shown on the calendar and I have no problems in the list view, all events visible there as well, both registered and admin login.

I have 3 levels of access:
  • public - calendar and events not visible;
  • registered - all events and calendar are visible, no error, and
  • admin - all visible as well, but with error.

Thanks.

Hello,

This is not the same issue ;-)

Attached the module calendar with the patch which will be included in next version 3.6.4 (it was just an issue in count of events for the control message ;-) )
Note that the message is visible in frontend only for users with administration permissions.

Best Regards,
Cyril
