I have made the square behind the date blue to match my template by adding a blue square as the event image. This then shows when you click through to the event as the image.

So I need a way to either:

Control the background colour that shows behind the event date in ic_rounded theme (best option)
or
Hide the event image on the event view

Hello,

A change i will see to add in a next release is to use the category color as the full background (replacing the thin category-colored border by a full colored background, as it is today with "default" theme pack, and using the color only when no event image selected.

Is it the change you would like to have ?

Best regards,
Cyril

Not sure.

I just want to be able to control the background colour behind the date without needing to use a plain coloured square. If I could hide the photo on the event view, that would be a suitable workaround.

Hi,

To hide the image (if you want it to be hide for all events in the list), you can use this custom css :
.ic-box-date {
  background-image: none !important;
}

You can add this custom css in dedicated option, Global Options of iCagenda component > bottom of "General Settings" tab.

Hope this helps somehow ?

Regards,
Cyril
