Hello,

As it is the Pro module iC Event list, could you better open a new pro ticket support, for a faster and advanced support ? ;-)
pro.joomlic.com/support/individual-issues

Is it possible to have a screenshot of the page in error OR better if you open a private pro ticket, an admin access so that i could check where the issue could come from ?

Do you have all your extensions up-to-date ?

Note: the demo site is on Joomla 3.8.1 with no issue.

Best regards,
Cyril

Hi Cyril,

Your answer, led me to the solution. I have the pro version but updated with the free version. So the module did no update.

Problem solved.

Thanks!

Hello!

I see now: the free server was kept in LiveUpdate cache for update ;-)

So great issue solved!

And don't hesitate to use the pro support ticket next time, to get a faster support answer ;-)

Best regards,
Cyril
