Hello everyone and thanks for great extension. I have events and have another module on sidebar position. I want that module to be displayed only event detail pages for each event (event page not event list). So I have to assign that module to a menu item pointing event page but when creating a new menu item icagenda just gives us 2 options (Event List and Submit Event options). I want that module to be displayed event page how can I resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

This is a good question... i don't know if possible with Joomla core.

Do you know of this possibility with Joomla articles if only a blog type menu item is published ? (as the list of events is working a bit similar to blog view for Articles).
Maybe with another third-party extension ?

Best regards,
Cyril

You're welcome!

But maybe search on the JED, as it's possible an extension already to do that (as if it works with articles it could maybe work with iCagenda...).
The idea is an extension that allow to publish a module depending on conditionnal view/layout

Example with iCagenda :
- List of events : only view "list" is loaded
- Event Details view : View "list" + layout "event" are loaded

This could be checked in urls of pages when SEF is not enabled.

Best regards,
Cyril
