Hi all,
I have problem with export registered users from event. When I click export, it generate zip file to download. When I try to unpack this zip file with 7zip it says file is broken. It happens for all events.
Please help me with this problem.

Hello,
Do you have tried to unzip it with another software ?...
Do a test with component banners as the tracks export there uses the same system as for iCagenda : Joomla core framework.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes I tried to unzip with another software (winrar, windows explorer) all programs can't unzip it (file broken).
How can I do this test with component banners?

Hello Sebastian,
To test with com_banners, you have to create a "test" banner item (no need to add specific content).
Then, published somewhere a module banner (new module, type banners).
You may then get stats (tracks) when refreshing the page on frontend where the module is published.
You will then have tracks to export using the same export button, in components > banners > tracks
