I'm developing a website for local volunteers and organisations and want to offer these voluntary groups the option to post their own events in icagenda.

I've got it all set up, so far as I can tell, BUT even though I have set the menu item for "Post your Voluntary Event" to be Registered, it appears in the menu even when one is not logged in. When clicked, it does report that "You are not allowed to add new records" which is correct, but I'd like to take the link out of the displayed menu options until one is logged in.

Any thoughts please?

Seems I'm struggling to tell the difference between menu links!

I thought I was looking at "Post Your Voluntary Event" which is set to Registered, however, I was in fact looking at "Post Your Voluntary Position" which I was testing using Public settings.

Once I realised my mistake, both are now set as Registered and invisible until logged in, as they should be!

Doh!
