Can the default Registration Status in Registrations be set to Pending until it is approved by the administrator?

Hello,
Currently not.
But i've got many improvements planned for next iCagenda 4 (4.0, the first minor version, is currently in development and coming by this Summer. Not all new features for this version yet defined).
