Hello,
I think it's because you have set an end time previous to the start time on same day. Good to know, as it will help to improve this later.
For now, try to change end time so that it is later than the start time and keep me informed if that fixes the issue.
EDIT: is it a split period with days of the week, or multiple single dates (no end time in this case). If it's single dates, so maybe there's an issue with the Joomla timezone setting.

Hello Cyril,
I'm sorry to say, the definition of the dates are correct (see attachments) but I find the errors status 500 only in ahrefs.com. It is a a single start and end date.for the events "Sommerpause" and "Themenwoche".
