Error View not found [Name, Typ, Präfix]: icagenda, html, icagendaView when try to register was created by huettenwirt

Hi,

i´ve installed the new 3.19 version on a blank joomla 3 installation.

Now when i try to register to a evetn i´ve got the message:

View not found [Name, Typ, Präfix]: icagenda, html, icagendaView

What can I do to solve this problem?

You may give more information :

Joomla version, php version, if you have a SEF extension installed...

And mainly, what is your SEF configuration ?
Is .htaccess set on the root of your directory ?

This is a url rewriting issue, in you case.

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.8
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.
Don't forget to have your Joomla!™ up-to-date!

Hello,

yes i found one SEF component:

System - SEF Site Plugin 3.0.0 December 2007 Joomla! Project system 429

I tried to deactivate it but i´ve got the same result with the View not found failure.

Joomla Version is 3.1.5
PHP Version is 5.3.27

there is no .htaccess file. do i need that??

Yes, this could be better to rename htaccess.txt in .htaccess, as it is improved Joomla SEF.

Therefor, not sure your SEF extension could work nice without this file.

You can check too your cache : maybe cache of your SEF extension is still there!

To know if it's really a problem of SEF settings, disable it in the global options of Joomla, and look if it is working.

Check too your php version : if it is 5.2, upgrade it, as you can have problem of routing with this so old and insecure version of php !
