Hey There,
I have tried several times to login to the Pro site from which I paid a full 1 year membership and then I requested an "forgot password" option which sent me an long verification code. After trying that code I still am NOT able to log in. It says user not valid or does not exist.
Please see attached file in JPG format to show proof of membership. I was trying to download the latest version.
I "BLOCKED" certain information on the photo for privacy reasons.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi !
This is due to a bug in Joomla 3, which may be fixed in 3.2.1 (developpers are working on it, still a few issues, but in the good way!)
I have try to fix it in pro website, and just a few users have problem.
So, when trouble, better contact me by email, so that i can see, and recreate your pro account!
I'm away today afternoon, but as soon as i receive your email, i will reset your account!

I tried to log in again to Pro Site with still NO access. I am only trying to download the latest version of the iCagenda Pro and still can't get in. I hope you have this fixed. I have proof that I paid for the 1 year pro services.
