Problem:
For example, the person ABC is responsible for an event XY, The person DEF responsible for an event ZZ. A mail for registration can only be sent to a predefined list of e-mail recipients. The list of e-mail recipients can be configured in the backend.
For event XY only the e-mail recipient
abc@abc.com should be informed, for event B the e-mail recipient
def@def.com should be informed.
Proposal:
Setting in the backend:
- Configurable list of e-mail recipients (already exists)
- When an event is created, The list of e-mail recipients is copied from the configuration of the backend into the event and can be adapted for the respective event. This means a new field in the configuration of an event for the e-mail recipient.
