PS: avevo installato un componente che si chiama ContentMap ( extensions.joomla.org/extensions/maps-a-weather/geotagging/7225 ) pensavo che il problema fosse dovuto a quello e l'ho disinstallato, ma non cambia nulla.

daccordo, hai controllato quanto fin qui scritto...lo stesso meccanismo di inibizione è valido anche per IE, ma se non controlli (reinstallando) java non lo sapremo mai.

Le prime persone che possono aiutavi siete proprio voi cercando di fare e verificare quanto suggerito. Quando ci sono questi casi strani di siti che non fanno il loro dovere dobbiamo necessariamente fare due cose:
la prima cerchiamo di fare almeno le prove che ci vengono proposte,
la seconda, fare le stesse prove con altri browser, senza soffermarci a IE e firefox, proviamo chrome opera e safari, utiliziamo anche un altro computer se possibile, magari di un amico....ricordandoci poi di svuotare sempre la cache del browser (magari utilizzando ccleaner ben configuarto) e disabilitando, quando attivata la cache del sito.

Provato anche con Opera e con Safari, senza contare che avevo appena installato l'ultimo aggiornamento di Java, proverò anche da un altro pc con XP, ma non credo troverò comunque soluzione al problema così, credo piuttosto che ci sia qualche problema di incompatibilità tra componenti, ma temo mi risulterà difficile capire quali, ormai ho disabilitato quasi tutti quelli installati di recente e la cosa non cambia...proverò a disinstallarli...

Sorry to have not read all the messages... :whistle:

But, do you have install HikaShop ?

If yes, just disable the hikashop product tag plugin (Hikashop product tag insertion plugin)

This plugin is conflicting with Google Maps and color picker in event admin...

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.3
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.
Don't forget to have your Joomla!™ up-to-date!

Difficult to know the exact extension responsible of this conflict...

This can be too Code Miror, if you are using this editor as default for iCagenda.

If not, the only solution is to check all plugin first, and if no success, all components...

Is possible that ContentMap library create conflict to iCagenda? I have disable and unistalled thist componet but error remains.

In fact, i don't konw ContentMap...

The only way is to check all extensions, and find which one is conflicting.

When you can tell me that, i can check and make tests to find the reason...
