[SOLVED] US Date Style was created by djspam1@cox.net
Hi, I am using iCagenda on my non-profit organization's website (www.indiari.org/Events). Since this entity is in the US, I would like to set the data format to mm-dd-yyyy. Currently it is showing dd-mm-yyyy which can create a lot of confusion. Please advise.

Thanks.

Hello!

You have an option to select a date format in the options of the menu-link !

If your admin is in en-US you will have access in this option to all the standard formats for US, and if set on en-GB, you will have British standard, and a few one for US and CA ;-)

And for time format, you have the option in Global Options of the component!

Yes, you can changed the date format for a menu link and it works just fine.

However, in your module, there is no option that will allow you to change the 'actual' format of the dates, just text or numbers. You could simply have a qualifier and let people format their own dates, ie "mmm dd, yyyy hh:mm pp" or "dd mmm yyyy hh:mm pp".

Hi!

About module, you have it in calendar module.

But maybe you're talking about Module iC Event List ?
If yes, you are a pro user, so could you open a Pro Ticket on Pro website, about this missing feature in this module, and telling me what you are expecting ? (advanced Pro Support ;-) )

Regards,
Cyril
