[SOLVED] Calendar module crashes Google Maps on event creation! was created by finngu

Hello
I have iCagenda installed at www.tingtilsalginordsjaelland.dk

Only registered users can create new events....... it is up and running :cheer:

BUT as sooon as I publish the calendar module the Google Maps fundtion in event creations stops working!

Also the calendar module just show an empty calendar with NO events showing.....

Can anyone help?

I am using my own template and everything else is working besides the calendar module....

Hi!

The problem is not iCagenda, but your module bt_login using a too old version of jQuery (and as loaded after module calendar, giving a conflict of jQuery Library).

That's not good as this extensions is using a too old version of jQuery (1.6.4).

iCagenda needs a more recent version, to work properly.

Install the plugin jQuery Easy, and activate loading of jQuery v 1.8 from the plugin, in frontend.

It could solve your jQuery conflict issue, and load the correct version of jQuery only one time!

And try to see if an update available for bt_login!

Sorry - it is not solved!

I unpublished BT Login - no change

I have already tryed installing JQuery Easy but if I enable it the Google Map function on event creation does not Work at all....

And calendar module does not Work with jquery easy enabled either

I reaaly love the component, but I am desperate to make the calendar module Work

I have even tryed to unpublish ALL other modules - doesn't help...
