How would one create a translation for a language that you don't list?

All you have to do is to create a free account on Transifex, and ask for a new language here:
www.transifex.com/projects/p/icagenda/
About selection of language, keep attention of the lang tag (should be the same as Joomla one, that means, for example, select en_GB for en-GB in joomla)
