Today, you have to do a copy of event, and so just change the date.

But since 3 months, i'm working as i can on repeat events options.
The first will be for example, each 3 weeks during 6 months.

About each first monday (or each second,...) this is too a nice idea (but repeated dates developpement is not a so easy work to manage! Will try to do my best, but maybe not implemented before some months...)
