Hi,
on my page it doesn't work to create events on the frontpage.
So everything is set up, you can access the page and fill in all the details of the event.
But as soon as you click on "Submit the event" the errors start.
First I had a 404 - page not found. I could fix this by deactivating the SEF in Joomla after I found a topic about that in the forums here.
But now I get a 404 - article not found.
I'm not sure were to begin looking for a solution, so I hope to get help here.
Best,
Zorgan

Hello,
First make sure you are in the latest version of iCagenda (3.3.8 for the free version) and that your joomla is updated (2.5.27 or 3.3.6)
Then, could you provide an online link to the submission form, so that i can test it ?
Best Regards,
Cyril
Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.8

Didn't find a PN system or Email.
Thanks!

I just realized, the Pro Version is older than one year now, which means we can't use the Pro Support.
So how can we go on with this?
Still need to send you the login data for the site if you want to have look.

Hello,
Sorry, didn't get your email in the correct box...
So, i have tested, and it seems that article with id = 1 or the menu with id = 156 doesn't exist, or is not published.
I think it is the reason of the issue.
Check the menu, and if ok, check the article
Best Regards,
Cyril

Thank you for looking into it.
Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the problem.
Both the article and the menu are published. Might it be due to user groups and permissions?

Might it be due to user groups and permissions?
I don't think about redirection after submission... But as this is a strange issue, it's not always easy to know.
Could you attached screen shot of your "Submit an event" tab global settings and your menu "iCagenda Option" tab settings ?
And, what is the access level set for the menu ?
