[SOLVED] Ghost Events in Filter Dropdown

[SOLVED] Ghost Events in Filter Dropdown was created by Jinobi

I have been searching to see if anyone else has brought this up but no luck.

Here is our scenario.

1. A user creates an event
2. Users register to the event
3. The event date has passed, all is well.
4. We delete the event.
5. The event still exists in the filter drop down list on the registrations section:
iCagenda > Registrations > Filter -Select Event- *Drop down list*

Now that we have let users create events on the front-end, this list is going to continue to grow

How do we update/refresh this drop down list or delete events within it?

Hello,

I'm not sure to fully understand, but i think event are only unpublished ?

THe filter is too search in events (will be improved with additionnal filters in 3.5.0) and so, it's normal to be able to check registrations for event unpublished.

So, to fully delete an event, you have to empty trash list.

aaahh!! Thank you.
I knew it would be something trivial.
I didn't notice the trash list.

Once I deleted the trashed registrants, the event fully was gone from the list.
