Can I do something to make custom fields display in calendar and in event lists?

In calendar when I click on a date I see Title and description of event but not custom fields added.
Also in event lists I only see category title and event title , can I select which fields are displayed in event lists?

Finally, in lists , the pagination appears only at the top which is kind of weird, we usually read top-down so the pagination should be at the bottom of the page or both top & bottom.

Custom fields is an awesome feature , wish you manage to squeeze it in the next release.
