Available seats : joomla 3.4.1 + Ical v3.5.3 was created by fasx

Might be a bug.

I have created a test event, with 10 seats.
Used one as test. Received emails for confirmation.
But seat list is not modified and stay stuck on 10.
Plus, no user name in the seats taken list ...

well, afetr pushing this icon, the list is updated, strange !!!

Still feel like a bug

What is your cache setting ?

As it's maybe not related to the click on add to cal button, but to a cache issue of the page.
