The problem

1. Create a new user group (top level) category
2. Add to this group a user. The user should not be able (at this moment) to access any back-end component
2. Add all the privileges for this group in configuration panel of iCagenda
3. Grant this group to access the back-end.

4. Login to the back-end as the user above.
5. The user have no access to iCagenda

Additionally
Grant to this user rights to access any other component
Now the user have also access to iCagenda

Hello,

Could you attached or post, the permissions config (globale) and the one for iCagenda?

What is the parent group for your custom group, and how is set the access level ?

Regards,
Cyril
