Please help me understand why my event displays a "registration closed" button when I have unlimited tickets or registrations available for the event?

Hello,

I can't tell you, as the screen shot doesn't show enought info, such as dates or period settings for this event...

Is it possible to have an online link to this event, could be easier ;-)

Best Regards,
Cyril

Hello,

So it's k with your screenshot, i understand.

Today, if an event for a full period (from... to...) if the start date is past, the registration can't be processed anymore as the event is already started.
This was how it was developed.

BUT : as other users, for special needs, want users to be able to register if the event is started but not finsihed, i'm working on new options for 3.6.x series :
- limit date for registration
- option to able registration during a period, when already started.

Hope this gives you the needed info... (note that 3.6.x development is started, and will maybe need 3/4 months of work before to be available. During this period, only 3.5.x releases, with no new features, but bug fixes and code improvements if needed).

Regards,
Cyril
