Pre-Sales Question (problem) was created by LisaLee
Hi

I currently have the free version installed and am looking to upgrade to pro, does that mean everything I have done so far will be over wriiten?

Also on the events listing page my images are not being scaled (new.lisasclients.co.uk/sportives), first image, please can you advise?

Many Thanks
Lee

Hello,

I currently have the free version installed and am looking to upgrade to pro, does that mean everything I have done so far will be over wriiten?

Of course no! ;-)
When you purchase a pro subscription, you will have a link to download the Pro version.
Then, just donwload the zip, and in Joomla admin, go to extension > install.
The install script of iCagenda will update your files, and not remove your settings and data! (of course, NEVER uninstall iCagenda, if you don't want to lose data ;-) )

Also on the events listing page my images are not being scaled (new.lisasclients.co.uk/sportives), first image, please can you advise?

In your custom theme pack (nice simple theme! ;-) ) you use the image as a background, in a div with defined height and width.
If you want to have the dimensions set in "medium" size for thumbnails, it's better to use the <img> tag (as you don't have the date over the image, not needed to use the image as a background).
Something like this :
<img src="<?php echo $IMAGE_MEDIUM; ?>" alt="<?php echo $EVENT_TITLE; ?>" />

Hope this helps ?

Best Regards,
Cyril

Hello,

Sorry, i thought as you have a custom theme pack, that you would know...
It is in the file to display list in your custom theme pack : YOURTHEMENAME_events.php

The line proposed is to replace the current DIV used to display image as a background.

In case your purchase Pro version, note that i give advanced support for pro users, to help them to create their own custom theme packs, using the pro ticket support ;-)

Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Cyril
