Well... as you have a pro version, could you open a new private Pro ticket with an admin access, so that i could check the issue.I am using the Pro version (cant get on Pro site form work for some reason)

I have my user id and password in the Pro Option (cant find the id), it works because if I did not have it in the update button would be grayed out None the less even with my Pro ID/Password in I get the same message.
I will open a pro ticket tonight once I am home for some reason work blocks the Pro site but not this one???
