Hi everybody,

I've got a little problem with the registration-process to different events.
I've set all the right properties in the backend (allow more registrations with the same mail-address, more registrations per day and so on).

But when I'm trying to get registered to an event, I don't get back any error, but the browser still remain at the same page (without notification).
When I'm looking in the backend, only the first valid registration will appear and all the other aren't saved.

The strange thing is that I've seen that Joomla was updated to 3.6.2 and therefore I updated iCagenda to the newest version.
After that the side wasn't loading properly and after a couple of seconds I got a 500 error page returned.

Then I selected an older version of the site (Joomla 3.4.

and then the error didn't appear any more...

Site is live and when somebody needs the login-data I'll forwarding them via PN.

Hello,

First, do a test with Protostar site template (Joomla core template), as your issue could be due to a bug in your site template ;-)

Good morning!

Unfortunately it doesn't work with the protostar-template - I've also tried other templates from Shape5/YooTheme, but there's always coming back the 500 Internal Server Error page.

Could this problem be affected by a too low PHP execution time?

Our customer said that the component worked without problems BEFORE an update (what I can't believe and imagine).

Hi!

Well, so it could be due to a too slow server speed... and many events.

3.6.0 stable is just released, so update now as this new version is really faster to load the list of events from component even if hundreds of events. ;-)

(another user had the error due to a slow server with limited capacities, and after installing 3.6.0 (a pro user) all was ok!)

It still doesn't work

May I send you FTP and Joomla data? I'll ask my boss if he has got login credentials to your site and if he's a pro-customer.

So, it's working now ?

Maybe it was due to a cache issue ? (could be good to clear all caching to be sure, browser and site as well ;-)
