Never had any problems after updating icAgenda, but today I'm getting a 404 error: Class 'iCagendaMediaCss' not found.
Is there a simple way tgo resolve this or do I need to restore the backup before the upgrade?

The attached error page is from the used template in Dutch.

Hello,

error: Class 'iCagendaMediaCss' not found.

So, this error means to possible reasons :

- iC Library library and/or iC Library plugin is not published
- Something went wrong during update, with some files not correctly copied to your server or not updated
- Or you have override some iCagenda views in your site template ! (in this case, remove them, or update them, as all views are changed in 3.6.0, as indicated in the ChangeLog).

1. First, check if library and the plugin to activate the library are enabled.
2. Check if in "html" folder of your site template, no override of com_icagenda (you can too test another site template you have never use, eg. Protostar, which may have no overrides)
3. Try install again using Joomla Extensions Manager, if the 1 and 2 are ok

If yes, try to install again iCagenda (but don't uninstall it to not lose your data).

Hope this helps!
Regards,
Cyril

You're welcome! ;-)

Just a question (as you're using overrides) : if i create a function to detect if overrides exists for iCagenda, and in this case, to return an alert with information about it and changes, do you think this could be just an alert after installing, an alert message in control panel, or an alert message while installing, but to stop update until changes are done for overrides with updated files ?

This is to have your opinion on what could have helped you ;-)

Best Regards,
Cyril
