Radio buttons not working was created by paul.nykel
Hello...
After the latest update (3.6.2), the custom radio buttons do not work anymore. They are regularly present in the menu but on the form corresponding you see only the text, but in cascade.
I was forced to turn them into drop down menu to return to the functionality required.
Even creating new ones, the situation does not change.
Someone has enlightenment about ?!
Thank you.

Joomla version 3.6.2
iCagenda version 3.6.2
OS Linux w
PHP 5.5.38
MySQLi 5.5.49-37.9-log

Hello,

In 3.6, i have processed a full refactory of the registration form to use Joomla core form fields.
Those ones are now generated by Joomla layouts, and the same way the Joomla core form are rendered.

If you don't have the radio button with bootstrap design, that means your site template is not copatible with Joomla core radio buttons.

The reason i remove the previously iCagenda styling is to let the site template decide the design of the forms the same way this one manage Joomla core forms (contact, Joomla user registration...).

Note: screenshot and/or online link could help to view the issue, and know if it's the site template wanted design or an issue with your site template on a Joomla 3 website. (unfortuntely, many site templates provider are not always Joomla core friendly, not using the possibility of Joomla 3 with layouts overrides as it should and could be in J3 to manage a good frontend design).

Note 2: later, i will see to add an included "iCagenda style" with included css styles for forms as an option, in cases it could be nicer than the css form styles of a site template.

Hope this helps to understand ?

Best Regards,
Cyril

Yes, your answer was really helpful... Thanks a lot.
Would be nice to have an "iCagenda style" radio buttons, i liked them more than original joomla 3.
Have a nice day.

Well...

Would be nice to have an "iCagenda style" radio buttons, i liked them more than original joomla 3.

What do you mean about "original joomla 3" style ?

As the original Joomla 3 style is the one you have in admin when using Isis admin template.

Best Regards,
Cyril
