[SOLVED] ICAgenda and JSN Poweradmin

[SOLVED] ICAgenda and JSN Poweradmin was created by alfred001

Hi,

there are some problems with ICAgenda and Joomlasine templates, Because I think JQuery is build in to the template.

Do you know a workaround for that?
Is there a possibilty to make JQuery switch off? Google maps is not showing on backend and frontend.

Turn off JSN Poweradmin Tool Bar, to edit event in iCagenda.
Checked Update logs of iCagenda to know when i will have fixed it.

Do you have a link to your website, and the link to the template you use, so that i can test it on my server too ?

We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.
Don't forget to have your Joomla!™ up-to-date!

Maybe it's just a problem of use...

Do you have enter an address in the Address field of the event ?
Google Maps is grey if no address entered, but when you begin to type an address, proposals appear, and when entered, the Google Maps is displayed.

Yes, the adress is entered. There were no suggestions and Google Maps os also not showing on the back-end. I've icluded a screengrab so you can see it.

You have a conflict in the backend. Do you have a admin template installed ?

Note: i've tested your template, and as for you, no conflict in the front-end.
So, it may be a problem in admin.

No, bUT I use JSN Poradmin, also from Joomlashine. I'll try to disable it.

Deinstalled JSN Poweradmin en this worked at the back-end and the front-end. So Problem is solved. JSN Poweradmin is becoming quite popular on JED as ICAgenda is so more people should have this problem.
