I just updated to the latest version and in the older version I could hide the headline All Events above my eventlist. But now I can't get rid of it. How do i hide/remove the headline All Events with the line how many current events there are? It's information I don't need in my site and it makes the layout of the page look bad.

Hi Maryonee,
There is no option in the administration for what you want.
To remove the title "All Events" you must edit the file \components\com_icagenda\helpers \ icmodel.php and comment lines 333-335
For the line how many current events there are, comment the section //create the navigator lines 365-377
Tell me if this is what you expect

In the month to come, i will developpe a function and options for that.
Hide/show and personnal title (possibility to edit the title, and add your own title, for example : All our Concerts, All Dates, Exhibitions, Sights, ...)
Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.8

Yes, in release 2.1.2 you have a new param in Global Options of the component, to hide/show title and/or subtitle of the list of events
