For a dedicated page, you can use a menu item of type "url" and then to use the url generated by the event in frontend.

Or just copy/paste url... but could you give me more details on what you want to do and accomplish, as i wonder if i've correctly understood what you want to achieve... ? (an online link maybe ?)

Do you have a example of which event registration page ? (do you have one event with registration enabled ? Didn't find one... but i didn't check all events on your site)

And where in the second link you want to add this direct link to registration page ?

Why not simply using link function in your article editor ?
