I have defined my own field and I can not figure out where I define the name of the variable that I then put in the email. Please, give me an advice.

Hello,
Do you mean to include all custom fields (this is the case with default email notifications if your language pack is correctly updated...) or only one of the registration custom fields ?
Or do you mean event custom fields included in registration notification email?
