Do you have a link online ?

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.3
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.

I would appreciate if you could take 5 minutes to post a review on JED (Joomla Extensions Directory) .

Hello,

here is a link to the eventlist (top main menu working)

bit.ly/W5C4bN

here is a link to the detailview (top main menu NOT working)

bit.ly/XXhybY

I found out, that if i comment out the lines (in view.html.php):
$document->addScript( "http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false" );
$document->addScript( "components/com_icagenda/js/function.js" );

at least the main menu don't jump around anymore (of course maps don't work anymore)

And, if the module (calender) is published, the image slider at the homepage isn't working anymore.

I guess it's related to jquery...

Thx Marco

It is, i think, a problem of configuration.... or an other extension.
iCagenda has no problem on your website.

But this may be solved in an other way ;)

If you have jquery plugin installed, uninstall them.

After that, (it may be your template, or something else, calling a too old jQuery 1.5.2, and as iCagenda auto-detect an already loaded jQuery, it doesn't load jQuery 1.8.2) install the plugin jQuery Easy (you can find it on the JED).

Activate jQuery plugin (and keep only this plugin for jQuery)

Use default, and activate jQuery in front-end in this plugin params.

It will solved all your jQuery issues, therefore with an extension not well coding.

INFO: no problem with T3 framework, i have it install on my developpement joomla site ;)

Hello!

unfortunaly, jQuery Easy didn't solve my problem. If the site loads, the menu is ok for a few milliseconds or so, but in the moment when the google maps is shown, it's broken. I tested another menusystem (maximenu ck), it has display glitches as well (but not that much), just on the event detail view, too.

As i mentioned, it is only a problem on the detail view, all other pages, even the event list, is shown properly.

Any other suggestions?

THX Marco

There's no problem with MaximenuCk (mootools and well coded!), so you can exclude this.

Had ust a look on your website, and all is working fine about menu, and iCagenda.

The only problem is your slide on the home page and tooltip of calendar, and this problem is still seems to be you old jQuery 1.5.2 loaded.

Try to find where the library jQuery 1.5.2 is loaded (search in all your site files for '1.5.2')
You can replace it by 1.8.2.

Bur first : update to iCagenda 2.0.5 (as some changes about the calendar to fix some conflict bugs ;-) )

For update : look in control panel of iCagenda.

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.3
