Is it possible to disable the uppercase of the month names in the module?

You're right!
I will change the code in a futur release, to be able to edit this in css file (by creating your own theme pack)
But currently, this is in php code, so it's not good to edit the file, as it will be replace when an update.
It is now in my to do list!
Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.8
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.
Don't forget to have your Joomla!™ up-to-date!

Now it's possible in last version 2.1.3 !
You have to remove the "text-transform: uppercase;" in the css class :
.icnav .titleic, in NAMEOFTHETHEME_module.css
Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.8
