Hi,

I just updated to latest version of IcAgenda and now registering to an event does not work anymore. Whether logging in to site or not the result is always "not enough rights to display page. Log in first" (raw translation from finnish..). Any hints to sort out the problem, I could swear that this worked before update to 3.0 RC. Can I roll back to prev. version?

UPDATE:
Bypassing the if test "if ( in_array($accessreg, $userLevels) )" on line 2080 in icmodel.php made registering available again. My events are all public, so should not require login (well, registering after login did not work either)

I will check this soon... (strange, as i've tested it, and no other feedback about this issue... ) But do you have tested with 3.0.1 ?

And yes, when trouble with a version, you can go back to the 2.1.14, but be careful not to have edit or add too many events. (i've tested go back from 3.0 to 2.1.14 without problem, but i've not tested all possible cases and params...)

Keep you informed! ;)

Thanks for rapid response,

Yes, same problem with 3.0.1. All my events are "Public", so no logins should be required. After tweaking the icmodel.php (skipping the 1. if test), icagenda works good enough now.

One additional question, however: icagenda seems to send mail (at least to super user) for every every registration. Is there any way to choose to whom (one or more) these mails will go (I'd like to have a selection list of recipients)

I've just tested again with joomla 2.5 and 3.1, and no problem for me with public access to registration...

What is the ID of your public group ? Do you have change it from standard public group from joomla install ?

I've seen a problem too in sending notification email to admin in 3.0.1 (i will fix it for next release 3.0.2)

About option for email, (other recipient) this is an option i'm thinking off in a near futur developpement ;-)

Currently, notification sended to admin and author of the event (if different) I'm thinking of a global options with a field to file a list: eg. "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it."
What is your idea or needs about this feature ?
