Troubleshooting script execution conflicts and registration data lag?

Hello everyone, I’m currently in the middle of a project using iCagenda to manage a high volume of community events, and I’ve run into a bit of a technical snag that I’m struggling to resolve. We use an automated process to sync our event data across different platforms, but lately, I’ve noticed that whenever the background script triggers a data refresh, the calendar extension starts to lag significantly. Even more concerning is that some of our users are reporting that their registration entries aren't saving correctly, almost as if the session is timing out before the database can finalize the write.I’ve been digging through the logs to see if this is a server resource issue or a direct conflict between the Joomla core and our external tools. I even tried a fresh<!--td {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--> roblox modified  approach to how we handle our execution tasks to see if a different script environment would reduce the overhead, but the "handshake" between the automation and the registration form still feels very unstable.Has anyone else here dealt with background processes interfering with the front-end performance of iCagenda? I'm trying to figure out if there's a specific way to throttle these script calls or if I should be looking into a different database indexing strategy to keep the registration flow smooth. I'd really appreciate any insights from the community on how to prevent these execution spikes from disrupting the user experience on the site.
