[VIEWED] iCagenda submission does not work (500) with Joomla core SEF URLs on a été créé par bdonner

Hi, in my Joomla 2.5 site, trying to access a frontend iCagenda Pro 3.2.4 submission page with joomla core SEF URLs enabled gives the following error page:

ERROR 500: Unable to find View [name, type, prefix]: icagenda, html, icagendaView

If diabling SEF URLs, everything works fine.

Any idea about what is wrong?

SEF is working with iCagenda.

So, you need to give more information to be able to help you :
- php version ?
- joomla version ?
- do you have an online link ?
- do you have control if menu-link to iCagenda is published (could be unpublished, but visible if uninstall and install again of iCagenda (the same for all components) if menu-item is not regenerated again)

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.11
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.
Don't forget to have your Joomla!™ up-to-date!

As I stated, evrything works fine immediately if I disable Joomla core SEF URLs so menu item etc is OK.

Some specs:
Apache version 2.2.24
PHP version 5.3.23
MySQL version 5.0.96-community
Joomla 2.5.9

Site is live but you need login details in order to get to the submission page in question, I cannot find a way to PM you access details however?

Sorry, admin support for Pro users only ;-)

But, you are on joomla 2.5.9, so first, could you try to upgrade to 2.5.16, the latest Joomla release ?

Secondly, try too to install again iCagenda, but without uninstalling it to not lose your data!

Think too to empty cache, expired files, and browser cache. (sometimes, it could be only that)

And, else, do you have a third party SEF extension ?

Yes I am a PRO user.

I tried all those before writing to this forum with no results. No third party SEF extension. Cannot try 2.5.16 right now because of core css changes that I for a while, but 2.5.9 should of course work as well as .16.

), and create me an admin access, i will have a look!

But, for your information, your website is not secured (2 majors security releases since 2.5.9...)

Give me more infos with Your Pro account, and i will try to help you as far as i can ;-)
