In the menu it's set to Public, also I have upgraded the site to 3.2.1 as I was instructed to by early advice.

Hi!

An other (pro) user had the same problem.
Thanks to an access to admin, i've found the reason for its 500 error page. It was a problem of setting of the language of this menu-link to submission form.

Maybe it is the same issue for you ? If you have more than one language, maybe menu is set to "all" and should be set to the correct language ?

I have only one language installed, English (United Kingdom)

Hi!

There's really a problem on your website.
Just now, i can't access, it redirect me to a very strange page : saintssleddogrescue.co.uk/index.php/en/e...en/en/en/en/en/en/en
Error 500
And this is trying to access to home page only!

There's something buggy in your plugin language or else...

Two reasons:
- a problem in your Joomla install
- a problem of SEF (try to disable it to see if it's working) This could be wrong htaccess file, or the use of a SEF extension not well set...
