This may be a problem of jQuery conflict.

2 solutions :
- searching which extension is giving conflict.
- or install jQuery Easy plugin, and activate laoding of jQueray Library version 1.8 from the plugin (this often solve jQuery Conflict, which is a frequent issue with Joomla 2.5)

And, before jQuery Eays installed, secondary page was not working ?

It may be due to an extension published in home page, and not in secondary pages, which is giving a conflict that jQuery Easy was not able to solve.
The best way is to check which extension, and to check if no update or known issue for this extension.

your site loads with a JS error which could very well cause issues with the mobile menu:

It appears that this JS error is generated by one of your 3rd party extensions: mod_iccalendar_238

Can you disable it completely, then clear your Joomla cache and see if that makes any difference?

No, it's not related to this error message.
I don't have this error message on all my websites using module calendar, but this could be due on your website to a problem of conflict!

This is not the reason, because on the two pages, your have this error message in inspector script console, and on one it is working, and not on home.
The problem is not there!

In my opinion, the problem is due to the slide header. Is it a integrated to template slider, or an individual slider ?
Could you try to fully disable it in front-end, then empty cache, and test ?
Do you have tested with another site template ?

Is your RT template is a free one i can download and test on my own server ?

It's not a template issue, the template is working fine.

But, you may have an extension rounting the home page to remove the index.php if added.
This could be a reason... or the setting of the home page...
A volunteer (doorknob) is currently working on a new solution using a better Ajax routing to generate new months which could maybe solve your issue.
Today, you're the first one i find with such an issue...

In mod_calendar folder, try to replace in helper.php, the line (arround 1550) :

by this
