I am using Joomla 2.5, and iCagenda™ v 3.3.8. I installed Lithuanian language pack that I downloaded from here, I installed it. But when I want to edit specific event or create new one, and change language from All or English(UK) to Lithuanian, there is no such a Language to choose. Maybe I have to change it somewhere else? Please help me.

Hello,
Do you have installed Joomla Lithuanian language ?
Of course, to be able to detect the language, your Joomla should have this language install for the core Joomla.
Then, an extension can detect it if install!
You can install language pack for Joomla directly from your admin, in extensions > languages
