[ROADMAP] Edit event in frontpage a été créé par cmp

I would like to know how to edit the event in the frontpage, i dont want the users to have access to the backoffice, they can insert an event in the frontpage, but cant delete it or edit it, and i dont want them to have to access the backoffice.
