Is it possible to register an events in a way that makes that location is occupied in calendar view, but keep all info secret for all public users. What I want to achieve is to be able to register an event that sould be a surprise party. Calendar should show "occupied" on the actual date, but event details should only be visible for administrator.

Hello,

What do you mean by "all infos" ?

Do you have checked the "Access" options in the global options of iCagenda component, in "Event" tab ? (where you can set an access level to be able to view information, Google Maps, Participants list...) ;-)

Hello, yes - I've seen these options, but I need to do this for only special events - like surprise parties. My client has a community house, which is rentable for all living in the community. Someone want to hire the housefor a surprise party, and the days should be marked as occupied in the calendar view, but all specific info should be hidden for everyone except administrators
Is this possible?

This could be a possible idea as a future option. Thanks!

For now, it would need to create your own custom theme pack and create a plugin to add this option in event form.
But this supposes you have knowledge of php, and you know a bit how to create such plugin ?...
