It's ok now, i can access site!

So you have first a jquery library issue with your site template : this one is loading 2 TIMES the jQuery library in an outdated version! For sure, it could give a conflict with Joomla 3 jQuery version loaded in the same time which one is the latest one and no need for multiple jQuery libraries...

Look first in your site template if you have option(s) to manage this, and disable jQuery library.
If not, or if still the issue, then test with core joomla template Protostar.

So, try with plugin jQuery Easy (in 90% of case, you can solve jQuery conflict): extensions.joomla.org/extension/jquery-easy/

But do you have tested with Joomla core site template (Protostar) ?

So you mean it works with Protostar template ?...

If yes, so in my opinion, the best would be to change of site template (if this one is up-to-date and supposed to be Joomla 3 ready, in fact not and this one does not work with Joomla api as it should. In the same time, a site template loading 2 times the jQuery library is having coding holes...)

if you can't yet change the site template, as a temporary solution, you can try to set up jQuery Easy plugin to load jQuery loading from Joomla framework (this plugin could disable loading of jQuery by other extensions/templates to load only the official jQuery version included in the Joomla core library).
